Rates and Booking Conditions

  • Exclusive 10% discount on the hotel's Best Available Rate at the time of booking
  • Environmental (city) tax: €10 per room / per night
  • All prices are inclusive of breakfast
  • Guarantee policy: Attendees will be required to prepay one night in order to secure the reservation. The remaining balance can then be settled directly at the hotel upon check-in .
  • Cancellation policy : in case of cancellation 10 days before arrival, full cancellation fees will apply per room cancelled .

The Modernist Athens has found its home in the former Canadian Embassy, nestled on a tranquil street with views of a lush, residential square in Kolonaki. Distance to the Venue: Approximately 12 minutes walking, 10 minutes by public transportation and 3 minutes by car.


Kindly note that the room rates are dynamic and may vary depending on availability and demand.


For attendees of ICCA The Future of Healthcare Meetings, the hotel offers a special 10% discount off their website rates. In addition, should there be any seasonal offers available at the time of booking, the discount will also apply on top of those rates.

  • Exclusions: Climate resilience tax of €15 per room per night is not included .
  • Availability: Bookings are made upon request and subject to availability.
  • Cancellation: No charge 48 hours prior to arrival. After that full cancellation charges apply.

  • For attendees of ICCA The Future of Healthcare Meetings, the hotel offers a special 15% discount on the dynamic rates, as displayed in real time at the time of booking, including any special offers available during that period.
  • For Flexible Rate : Free cancellation is not available for this rate. For any cancelation / modification up to 30 days prior the arrival date, 50% cancelation fees will be charged. Between 29 days prior to arrival and the arrival date, for any cancellation / modification full charges will apply.
  • For Non – Refundable: Free cancellation is not available for this rate. In case of cancellation / amendment / non show, the amount charged on booking is non refundable.
