Who can register for the ICCA Future of Healthcare Meetings?

ICCA members, observers and healthcare association executives (including but not limited to ICCA Verified Associations). 

A limited number of fully hosted places will be sponsored by Athens and available for associations by application only. 

Please note that places for ICCA members will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. To assure a good balance between meeting suppliers and associations attending, member registration may be capped.

What format will the ICCA Future of Healthcare Meeting be held?

This event will be held in person in Athens, Greece.

Are there any discounts?

Associations can apply to be hosted fully by Athens, the Local Host. This covers the registration fee, travel, accommodation, and social programmes.

Is it possible to cancel my registration?

All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. 

Do I need a Visa to travel to Athens?

In the case that your country of origin is a signatory to the Schengen Agreement, you may use your national ID to enter the country.

If your country is not a member of the Schengen Agreement, make sure you obtain a visa and check further information from the Greek Embassy or Consulate in your country before your trip. 


If your country of origin is one of the following non-EU countries, your passport allows you to visit Greece and remain in the country for up to three months (90 days) within a six-month period: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Vatican, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, USA, Uruguay, Venezuela. Find out more on the official webpage of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
